This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payment method in the food and beverage (F&B) business sector in Indonesia. QRIS, developed by Bank Indonesia, was designed to simplify digital transactions and enhance financial inclusion among MSMEs. This qualitative research employed field observations, semi-structured interviews with F&B business actors, and document studies. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings show that QRIS adoption positively impacts transaction efficiency, customer convenience, and transparency in financial recording. However, challenges remain, such as limited digital literacy and internet connectivity in several areas. The effectiveness of QRIS depends largely on the readiness of business operators and consumer education. Thus, more extensive education and socialization strategies are necessary to optimize QRIS implementation. This research provides practical contributions to business players, regulators, and digital financial service providers in developing an inclusive and efficient payment system.
