Plagiarism Screening Policy

The Journal of Business Administration, Management and Economic Studies (JBAMES) is committed to upholding academic integrity and strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism.

All submitted manuscripts are screened using reliable plagiarism detection software (such as Turnitin or iThenticate) before entering the peer-review process.

Policy Guidelines:

  • Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% (excluding references, quotes, and common phrases) will be returned to the authors for revision or rejected.

  • Self-plagiarism and duplicate publication are also considered unethical and are not tolerated.

  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and proper citation of sources.

If plagiarism is detected after publication, the article may be retracted, and appropriate notifications will be issued to indexing databases and the author's institution.
